Herzlich Willkommen :) Single or couple a real Berlin experience! Live like a Berliner in a charming apartment in the backyard old building with renovated facilities. It’s silent to rest in peace for nice sleep but also bright and modern for life in style. Great location with many public transport options. Close to hip restaurants and bars in hip neighborhood. There are many parks and sport centers in 5 -10 mins walk distance. Away from the city chaos but also in the city center.
There are 3 tram stops in front of the building to connect you with the city. If you want, you can borrow the bike to cycle around and explore the city. Map and guide is provided by me, even more you are welcome to join my social life if you're interested. Towels and facilities are also included to accommodation. You will be my guest like a visiting friend. Happy to share my lifestyle in neat neighborhood with full of attractions.

- 10 mins away to Alexanderplatz which is central square of the city
- 5/10 mins to grocery stores
