Herzlich Willkommen :) A real Berlin experience! Live like a Berliner in a charming apartment in the backyard of century old building with renovated facilities. It’s silent to rest in peace for nice sleep but also bright and modern for life in style. Great location with many public transport options. Close to hip restaurants and bars in hip neighborhood. There are many parks and sport centers in 5 -10 mins walk distance. Away from the city chaos but also in the city center.

There are 3 tram stops in front of the building to connect you with the city. If you want, you can borrow the bike to cycle around and explore the city. Map and guide is provided by me, even more you are welcome to join my social life if you're interested. Towels and facilities are also included to accommodation. You will be my guest like a visiting friend. Happy to share my lifestyle in neat neighborhood with full of attractions.

Great stay with a great host. Convenient location in the city and perfect comfort. Very highly recommended. The apartment is immaculate, and Ismail has absolutely thought of everything that you could possibly need during your stay. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and full of amenities that are easily accessible on foot.

I had a great stay at Ismail's place! The apartment was spotlessly clean, and he was so helpful guiding me from the airport to his location. He also gave great local tips. Mauerpark is just nearby, perfect if you love thrift and local markets, and the tram is close by too. Highly recommend, and thank you, Ismail!

Ismail is an incredible, proactive and helpful host and a very kind & friendly person. The place was as described, the bed was very comfy and it was very silent at night. There were 2 foster guest cats which were also very friendly and welcoming 😸 (having cat friends was a huge bonus for me🫶🏽) The location was perfect, 1-2 minutes walk from tram stations and there were nice small restaurants around. Minutes of walking to a huge beautiful park. Everything was perfect and I'm glad to know Ismail <3
