This is a beautiful luminous apartment on the upper floor. It's very quiet for a city place and so are the neighbors.
It's cheaper, when I am there and somewhat higher rates,when I'm away and you have the appartement to yourself (June 16-20 20026 for example)
Morning sun on balcony, evening sun in the kitchen. You are close to main lines of public transport, lovely restaurants, cafés and stores within 5 mins walking. Cheap supermarket is only 3 mins away. Though perfectly connected to public transport, this is a quiet place to relax from buzzing Berlin.
We will share the appartment (unless I am away - indicated by a little higher price in calendar)
You get your own room, but walk through the room I will be sleeping in. If we get in each others way too much, theres always the option of me leaving for a night to a friend's appartment. Hopefully this will not be necessary as we should get along well and share a coffee. Looking forward to meet you :)
The kitchen is a large and comfy, light room. Will update with pictures soon. Dishwasher, washing machine, cafetiere, french press. You can cook. You can chill on the bench or read something.
