This is a beautiful luminous apartment on the upper floor. It's very quiet for a city place and so are the neighbors.

It's cheaper, when I am there and somewhat higher rates,when I'm away and you have the appartement to yourself (June 16-20 20026 for example)

Morning sun on balcony, evening sun in the kitchen. You are close to main lines of public transport, lovely restaurants, cafés and stores within 5 mins walking. Cheap supermarket is only 3 mins away. Though perfectly connected to public transport, this is a quiet place to relax from buzzing Berlin.

We will share the appartment (unless I am away - indicated by a little higher price in calendar) You get your own room, but walk through the room I will be sleeping in. If we get in each others way too much, theres always the option of me leaving for a night to a friend's appartment. Hopefully this will not be necessary as we should get along well and share a coffee. Looking forward to meet you :)

The kitchen is a large and comfy, light room. Will update with pictures soon. Dishwasher, washing machine, cafetiere, french press. You can cook. You can chill on the bench or read something.

As a traveler: I usually travel on a budget without too much planning. I prefer to visit the local market, go to the public pool and everyday stuff like that, hang out in bars with locals.... I do smoke, but I don't like to smoke inside ;-) As host: I work in an intense field which means Mon-Thursday I mostly spend the night at home to relax or at a yoga / sports course. However during the day my work happens outside the apartement with a random day of home office every now and then. I do enjoy cooking (vegetarian cuisine) I love relaxing on my tiny balcony :)

The U2 will take you to Schöneberg without havin to change. There's art gallerys, little cute stores, good restaurants, barber stores, Käthe Kollwitz Markt, Mauerpark, great bakeries and coffeeshops and so on

Coffee/Tea is included. You can smoke. However on the balcony only. It's a cute one. Since you will be passing the room I am sleeping in, I ask you to do that without any shyness but with respect. If you want to bring someone over, just please tell me before that you have the intention of doing so and send me a text message if it happens. That way I know that there is a stranger in the apartment ;) This is a quiet apartment building, not a party place. Respect to all neighbours. Thanks :)

Moritz is very attentive, helpful, and flexible; communication was excellent. The apartment is in a pleasant neighborhood, easily accessible, bright and beautifully furnished. The room faces the courtyard and is very quiet, so you can sleep wonderfully. A clear recommendation, happy to return!

I had to shorten my stay to just one night due to a change of plans, and Moritz was incredibly kind and accommodating throughout the whole process. From the moment I arrived, I genuinely felt welcomed. Even though I only stayed for one night, we had some great conversations that made my stay feel much more personal. The room was even nicer than the photos. The view from the window was beautiful, and opening my window to see the trees right outside made the place feel especially peaceful. Despite my very short stay, Moritz was thoughtful in so many ways and made sure I had everything I needed. I had a very comfortable and relaxing night. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Berlin.

I can completely recommend Moritz as a host. The apartment is beautiful, in a great location near the S- and U-Bahn trains, and Moritz provided extra information before travel (including which ticket I needed to get around the city), food and drink across my stay, great company, and good local knowledge (as well as a much-needed travel fan during the hot weather) on top of the usual hosting duties. Would 100% stay here again.

Moritz's House is very clean in a very nice area with very good connections to other parts of Berlin. Moritz is very helpful and he made me feel very comfortable staying with him in his apartment.
