Quiet and in the middle of it all (********: siegfried.kuntz)

A very positive stay. Roy is kind and helpful and takes care of all comforts and needs. The room, welcoming and quiet, is really spacious and beautiful, with a very comfortable bed. Also available in the room is a large sofa with a coffee table and a television. The apartment location is a bit peripheral, but the metro is 5 minutes walking distance. Downtown is reachable in just over half an hour, while the airport takes about an hour's journey. We thank Roy again for welcoming us without any problems, even though we arrived at one in the morning, and we recommend staying with him!

Everything was perfect!!! Roy is an excellent host, very friendly, communicative and very receptive, I would definitely stay at his apartment again!

Such a cool place and the room's actually the master bedroom! It's not located in the gay area, but it's literally a 5min walk to the local tube station, then a reasonable journey into central. There's also a little supermarket, just as close, plus a kebab shop open late to satisfy those munchies after a night out! Roy is super welcoming/helpful plus even has great massage skills too, i had a busy itinerary so we didn't get to meet much, but were messaging throughout out as he's very responsive.

A truly positive experience. We found the atmosphere very welcoming and quiet, with a truly large and beautiful room. The bed was comfortable, and there was even a large sofa with a coffee table for relaxing. The owner, Roy, is a truly pleasant and helpful person, who makes sure his guests are comfortable and have everything they need. The location isn't central, but the metro and bus are close and convenient. We highly recommend the place and thank Roy again for his kindness and helpfulness. We will definitely be back!

I stayed there a week. Roy and his flatmate are very nice people. They made feel at home. The bed is super comfy, the bedroom is like a studio has its own tv and couch and speakers, comfortable enough for 1 or 2 people. The area is cute and it's super easy to travel anywhere from the different means of transport (bike-tram-bus- u Bahn or s Bahn). Totally recommend :))

I can't recommend staying at Roy's place enough! The apartment is beautiful, and the room itself is incredibly spacious and clean. Roy is such a kind and attentive host - he truly made me feel at home. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish!

I had a great stay at Roy's place. The room is absolutely beautiful, super comfortable and well decorated, besides the entire apartment is beautiful. Roy's a great host and a great person, even can give you the best recommendations of what to do around Berlin. I'll definitely be back whenever possible.

The perfect combination of an irresistibly charming and dedicated host and a gigantic 5 stars room

We had an amazing stay at Roy's appartmemt. Quite but strategically good location - around 5 minutes from the S-Bahn station (from there less than 15 minutes to Friedrichstrasse). The room is huge and tastefully decorated (as the whole flat. Well, Roy is designer). It was really good vibe during our stay, we stayed a week and wish our stay would be bit longer.
