A cozy room where you're sure to feel right at home

Staying with Nico was an absolute 10/10 experience, and I would love to return! Nico is warm, funny, welcoming, and extremely communicative. His flat is bright, modern, impeccably clean, and stylishly furnished. I especially loved the balcony and the super comfortable bed. The location is ideal—a 6–7 minute walk to grocery stores and ~0.5 miles from S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations. Having morning coffee and kitchen access (fridge & air fryer) to prep for the Berlin Marathon was huge help to me, and I'm so appreciative of that! Thank you for everything, Nico!

Nico is the quintessential Super-Host and the comfort ******** is program. The room, like the rest of the apartment, is stylishly and cozily furnished, there is delicious breakfast and Nico is caring and a charming conversationalist. Besides great tips for Berlin, there's always a chilled beer on the balcony too. The bed is very comfortable and all amenities are provided. I can only recommend this accommodation and will certainly come back.

Nico is an excellent host, very kind and keeps everything very clean always. His apartment is a 10-minute walk from several metro and train stations. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful and there is a supermarket a 5-minute walk away. Highly recommended

Nico has been a great host. From the very first moment he's been very polite, friendly and very warm welcoming. He's discreet and at the same time ready to help and talk together. His apartment ist very clean. The bed very comfy and silent. The place is about 700 to 900m from s- and u-bahn. Not too close and not too far. I definitely recommend Nico and look forward to get further occasion to go there!

Perfect Stay – Absolutely Recommended! We spent three nights in this wonderful accommodation and were thrilled! The apartment was spotless and beautifully furnished. We didn't lack for anything at all, simply perfect for our stay. A huge thank you to the host as well: He was incredibly kind and helpful.
