Welcome to my bright and spacious room in Berlin!

Whether you're traveling alone or as a couple, you'll enjoy a comfortable stay in a charming Berlin apartment with high ceilings, wooden floors, and plenty of natural light. The room features a brand-new double mattress, a large wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a desk, a sofa, and a beautiful full-length mirror.

You’ll have access to the fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and the shared bathroom. I live alone in the apartment, so the atmosphere is friendly, respectful, and never crowded, while still ensuring everyone has their own privacy.

The apartment is just a 5-minute walk from the Beusselstraße S-Bahn station, with excellent connections throughout Berlin and an easy route to BER Airport via the Ringbahn. Several bus lines (106, 123, and M26) stop just a minute from the building, making it quick and easy to reach Berlin Central Station, Turmstraße, Nollendorfplatz, and many other parts of the city. The historic gay district is only about 15–20 minutes away by public transportation.

The neighborhood is one of my favorite things about living here. It’s authentic, multicultural, and full of character, with an amazing mix of Turkish, Middle Eastern, and international restaurants. You’ll find supermarkets like REWE and Penny just a few minutes away, and if you enjoy Vietnamese food, don’t miss **Pho 6**—in my opinion, one of the best Vietnamese restaurants in Berlin.

This is an open-minded, LGBTQ+-friendly, and clothing-optional home where everyone is welcome to be themselves. Respect, discretion, and good vibes are always appreciated—but please let me know beforehand :D

I love helping guests experience the real Berlin. I’m always happy to recommend my favorite bars, restaurants, cafés, clubs, and hidden local gems. And if I’m around and our schedules align, I’d also be happy to show you some of my favorite spots and introduce you to the city from a local’s perspective.

Hi, I'm Marco, an Italian living in Berlin since 2021 after spending a year in Morocco. Before that I studied in the Netherlands and also lived in the UK, so I always enjoy meeting people from different backgrounds. I work in recruitment, and outside of work you'll probably find me at the gym, exploring Berlin's food scene, or back in Italy whenever I get the chance. I had a really great stay at Marco's. The host was very caring. When my train was delayed and I arrived late, he asked if he should get me dinner. He is welcoming and easy-going. I enjoyed talking to him about Berlin and all the things the city has to offer. The room itself is spacious and clean. The flat is really calm and bright. It is 5–10 minutes away from the S-Bahn station, which makes it perfect for getting around. I'd definitely recommend Marco's place to anyone visiting Berlin!

To get straight to the point: it was a lovely stay. I had a room in Marco's flat for two weeks, and during that time it felt not just like a place to stay, but like a home – not only because of my lovely room, but also thanks to the charming and generous Marco, who not only supplied me with groceries but also gave me great tips on restaurants, shops and other places to visit. The flat itself is in a good location. Bus routes 106 and 123 stop almost right outside the building, and it's just a few minutes' walk to the S-Bahn. The room is bright, spacious, has a large bed and offers plenty of storage space for clothes. I can wholeheartedly recommend Marco's accommodation and look forward to seeing him again soon, I hope.
