Very nice and friendly host. Appartement in nice old house where we slept in a bedroom. The sharing from the kitchen and the 2 bathrooms with the host and 2 others was no problem for us. Winfried was a gentle host and gave help where we needed for example a good stay for the car or where to have a good eat. For certain a good adress to come again.

Room in a very good location between Wittenbergplatz and Nollendorfplatz. Great connection options with public transport! It was very quiet. Comfortable bed. The bathroom had to be shared with a roommate, but there were no issues. Winfried is a very nice host, open and warm-hearted, and always willing to have a chat over coffee in the kitchen. We felt very comfortable!

Excellent company, Winfried gave us a very warm welcome in his huge Berlin apartment early in the morning.... The room is spacious and particularly pleasant, in absolute peace and quiet just steps away from the heart of gay Berlin and Berlin in general. We are delighted to have met Winfried with whom we shared warm conversations. We have already decided to return as soon as "Berlin is calling".

The apartment provides a quiet and relaxing environment, with access to Nollendorfplatz U-Bahn stop minutes away. There is a supermarket across the road and just a few minutes walk to the Schöneberg restaurants and bars. The host Winfried was always available to answers questions and was very helpful during my stay. I highly recommend this property.

Had a great time at Winfried's in the large, bright, beautiful apartment. Great location & everything you need. The room was super spacious and the host was extremely helpful & friendly. I stayed there for a week and also worked from there (online), worked perfectly. Highly recommended!!!
