Great location in the heart of the gay district and right next to public transport. Holger was the kind of host you wish for, very friendly, nice and gave the best tips and recomendations for stuff to do. Will defenitly book again on my next trip to Berlin.

The accommodation is in a strategic location, just a two-minute walk from public transport. The room is spacious, the bed is very comfortable, and the area is quiet. Holger was nice and very accommodating. The apartment is in an absolutely amazing location for exploring the gay scene in Berlin, and Berlin in general. The room is spacious and comfortable. Definitely recommended!

Holger is a sweetheart. Very helpful and attentive. He gave me some very good advice about places to visit and where to eat. The building is located right next to the transportation and surrounded by supermarkets which makes it very convenient. The room is big and clean. I recommend it 100%

The stay with Holger was very pleasant. He is a very communicative, interesting and likable person. The Nollendorfkiez was not only explained by him, there was also a very informative tour through the streets, with lots of information about the respective shops, cafés and pubs. Every question was answered in detail right away. The sleeping accommodation was very comfortable and the sleep was undisturbed. Holger is very helpful in many matters. I can highly recommend this accommodation and will definitely book with Holger again. Thank you very much for everything.

Holger is a great host. Lots of advice and very interesting tips as what to see/do in Berlin. Also very knowledgable in the gay life. His suggestions made my stay excellent. Also very cosy and extremely well located apartment ! Good bed / bathroom. Thanks a lot Holger! I will be back

Holger is a super person, who cares about his guests. He makes easily contact and reach out to make one's stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. Being so close to the S-Bahn, one can excurse Berlin from his place. A great stay, thanks Holger.
