Conveniently located accomodation in the gay quarter of Berlin

Holger was a wonderful host. The communication was prompt and the instructions were easily followed. The room was spacious and clean, the shower hot and the bed was comfortable. When I arrived and settled in Holger took me on a guided tour of the area. He would check in each morning and on my returned that I had had an enjoyable day. Would 100% recommend Holger's room and I look forward to returning to Berlin and staying again.

Holger was a great host! Very nice guy and very welcoming. He made sure to greet me when I arrived and to show me around the neighborhood. I liked the location being near fun bars yet not too far from the usual tourist sights. He does have another guy staying long term whose space is the living room. Consequently you're either in your own room, visiting with the host in his bedroom or hanging in the kitchen. There isn't a general space to hang out.

I felt very comfortable with Holger. The accommodation is cozy, clean, and in a really great location. Holger is a warm-hearted, easygoing, and thoughtful host who makes you feel at home quickly. Everything was relaxed and pleasant – exactly how I imagined my short stay in Berlin. Thank you so much, Holger! I would love to come back. 😊

I really enjoyed my stay at Holger's place. From the beginning, Holger was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and easy to communicate with. He was also very helpful with local information and recommendations, which made my stay even easier and more enjoyable. The location is really good. The train station is just around the corner and plenty of cafés, restaurants, and other places nearby. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. I had a really positive experience and felt very welcome throughout my stay. Holger is a great host, and I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Great location in the heart of the gay district and right next to public transport. Holger was the kind of host you wish for, very friendly, nice and gave the best tips and recomendations for stuff to do. Will defenitly book again on my next trip to Berlin.

The accommodation is in a strategic location, just a two-minute walk from public transport. The room is spacious, the bed is very comfortable, and the area is quiet. Very pleasant welcome from Holger

Holger is a sweetheart. Very helpful and attentive. He gave me some very good advice about places to visit and where to eat. The building is located right next to the transportation and surrounded by supermarkets which makes it very convenient. The room is big and clean. I recommend it 100%
