Giorgio and Klaus' BandB-double room

My stay with Giorgio and Klaus was great! They are gracious hosts and extremely kind and attentive to their guest's needs, always available to help. The place is very clean and has all the necessary amenities. The room is as described and I was able to rest fully, but also work from there without any issues. The location is also a plus, very close to the subway, grocery shops and interesting places to visit. I highly recommend.

I had a wonderful stay here and couldn't recommend it more. Giorgio is an excellent host — very welcoming, kind, and always happy to help, which made the whole experience very comfortable. The house is beautiful, very clean, and clearly very well cared for. The breakfast each morning was also lovely and a great way to start the day. The location is perfect as well, right in the centre and very convenient for exploring the area. Overall, it was an amazing experience.

Thank you so much to Giorgio and Klaus for opening up their home while I explored Berlin for the first time. Very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. Location is very central and easy to travel from, and the room is spacious and quiet. Will definitely try to stay with them again given the opportunity to return.

I had a very nice visit, the flat is cozy and bright, I love the neighborhood; it couldn't be better located for art, museums, transport and restaurants, and gay venues of course! Giorgio and Klaus are great hosts and Giorgio makes the best blueberry pancakes with his home-made syrup (I won't spill the beans about ingredients as he prides of tricking nicely your taste buds!).

Giorgio is a fantastic host, and the space is wonderfully comfortable. Their home is in a convenient part of town, too. Would highly recommend to anyone going to spend some time in Berlin.

Giorgio and Klaus are very warm hosts. Their familial manner makes you feel at home. The room is centrally located yet really very quiet. A large bathroom and a private minibar round out the offering.

I can and I will recommend to sleep, relax and chat at Klaus and Giorgios private home.

I was in Berlin for Stretch festival, so could not spend much time with my hosts, but the time together was lovely, clean bedroom and apartment, and very good location if you need/want to spend time in Schöneberg, but also great connections via subway in front of the house!

I had one of my shortest stays in Berlin this time, but Giorgio's place made it feel effortlessly comfortable. The location is top-notch—super central and close to everything I needed. Giorgio is a genuinely attentive and knowledgeable host who made the experience smooth from start to finish. The apartment was clean, well-kept, and felt like a safe, welcoming spot for any visitor. I'd gladly revisit if I'm ever back in Berlin. Highly recommended!
