My apartment is just around the corner from Nollendorfplatz, about a 3-minute walk from Motzstr. This is the gay district in the west of Berlin. My building is located between two inner courtyards and is therefore very quiet, although centrally located. The apartment is on the 2nd floor (new building) and there is no elevator. There are 4 subway lines (U1, U2, U3, U4) and 5 bus lines (M19, M48, M85, 187, 106) in the area.
The price includes bed linen (including bath towel), WiFi and coffee/tea. Kitchen and bathroom are shared.
There is also a friendly dog in the apartment.
