Bedroom and living room are separate, which means I sleep in the other room. It is a cat household, so not always 100% hair-free, please take this into account.
After a pipe renovation in the bathroom, I now have tiles in 3 colors. There are three collapsible canisters of water in the bathtub. This was previously necessary during the renovation. But the shower can be used as normal.
The guest receives a key for the front door and can enter the apartment at any time of the day or night without any restrictions. After one guest lost the key to the apartment, which was an expensive affair, I no longer give out keys.

Otherwise, the location of the apartment is absolutely brilliant and directly opposite the gay hotspot in Europe and 500 m from KaDeWe. Bus in front of the door, 2 subways nearby. Motzstrasse, Nollendorfplatz in absolute proximity. Parking is free in front of the door from Friday 6 pm to Monday morning 8 am, otherwise just come by train, in Berlin you don't necessarily need a car, recommended: park outside the S-Bahn ring. The apartment is very easy to reach from the main train station simply take the S-Bahn to Bahnhof Zoo and from there take the bus to the door or take a Bolt/Uber/taxi for less than €10. Or take the FEX or the regional train from the airport to the train station, then take an Uber, Bold or cab to the apartment for less than €10, whereby Uber and Bold are much cheaper than cabs.
Important! The apartment is not suitable for suit wearers or other business appointments, keyword cat. So the apartment is clean, of course, it is cleaned once a week by a cleaning lady, and on the day a guest arrives. But as I said, there is always a bit of cat hair and so on. So it's more suitable for backpackers, or simply people who want to be part of the scene here. And this, in turn, is right opposite.
