DESIGNER COSY APARTMENT in Schöneberg's Nollendorf Gay District

The apartment is very well located for walking to the bars and clubs in the area. The room is spacious, appealing and beautifully furnished, very clean. Everything we needed for our stay was also available. Our hosts proved to be very likeable, reliable and exceptionally helpful – we got great tips for restaurants and bars. Overall, we felt very comfortable and enjoyed our stay: an unreserved recommendation.

Staying with Gregory and Igor was an absolute pleasure. Their place was an excellent value for money and has a genuinely warm, welcoming, home-like atmosphere. The room is spacious and comfortable, with access to everything you might need to feel at home. The location is great for exploring Berlin and especially Berlin's gay district. Gregory and Igor were both incredibly welcoming, friendly, helpful and hospitable. I would happily stay with them again and can definitely recommend their place.

Igor and Gregor are amazing! They are sweet, attentive, and the communication is perfect. The apartment is super organized, clean and the room is spacious & peaceful. I was able to rest and feel at ease. The neighborhood has restaurants and coffee shops to explore. Just a couple of blocks away are the gay streets with all the stores and bars. I would definitely love to stay with these guys again!

Gregor and Igor are fantastic hosts who made me feel at home immediately. The apartment is spotless, the location is excellent, and I slept better here than anywhere else during my two-week trip through Europe. The apartment is stunning — high ceilings, a spacious bedroom, and a beautifully modern interior that feels both stylish and incredibly well-kept. Everything is spotless and thoughtfully put together. You walk in and immediately feel at home. The bed is huge and seriously comfortable. Gregor was full of great local tips. The location near Viktoria-Luise-Platz is excellent with a lovely café right next door, and the whole neighbourhood is buzzing with great spots to eat, drink, and explore. This was my first international trip from America. From check in to staying to the neighborhood everything was great. There are so many nice cafes, bars and restaurants within the neighborhood that is easy to walk. The bedroom and bathroom I used was immaculate. I would love to return to Berlin one day and I recommend Gregor's place!
