Fully equipped private room directly in the gay quarter of Schöneberg. There is a comfortable large bed, a closet, bedside table with light and a large window with lots of light. There is an opaque roller blind to darken the room. There is a modern, clean bathroom with bathtub and shower and a light-flooded living room with balcony for breakfast inside and outside in summer. There is a very dear cat as a pet (allergy sufferers beware!).

As long as you are my guest is my home your home and my aim is to make you a wonderful stay at my place and in my hometown Berlin. Anyway please respect some rules at my home:
1. please ask me before bringing friends or other people to my apartment.
2. if you need more towels please ask me.
3. you can use my balcony and living room for your breakfast and as long as I am away. When I am at home it's my private space and for my use only.
4. if you want to use the washing machine for your clothes I can do that for you. Please ask me.
5. i offer you a breakfast. Please let me know what you eat or prefer so I will be very creative in preparing. If I am not there feel free to take whatever you find in the fridge. Bread coffee/tea is on the other side of the fridge in the kitchen and you can take it whenever you feel like.
