Fancy guest rooms directly in the gay Nollendorfkiez and City-West

Fancy guest room in a private apartment located directly on City-West and the gay Nollendorfkiez, ideal for Berlin vacationers and friends of the gay nightlife scene. The room has a large comfortable leather pull-out couch (ideal for single travelers, couples and allergy sufferers), a desk and a large window facing northeast. Due to the adjacent schoolyard, the room is very bright despite its north-facing orientation, but during school breaks in the morning you can hear the children from the elementary school.

The apartment also has a large open-plan kitchen/living room with a balcony overlooking the inner courtyard and a guest bathroom with shower (in the pictures), which you will use together with me (I also have my own bedroom). If you like to take a bath, I also have a bathtub in the large bathroom (just ask). I like nudism and I am also open to a "loose" dress code, but I will adapt to my guests - so feel relaxed and comfortable with me. Towels are provided. You can use the kitchen and the coffee machine, you don't need to buy basic foodstuffs for cooking such as salt, flour, pepper, sugar, oil etc. separately.

Because of the desk, the room is also ideal for working from home (WLAN, LAN, monitor available).

The location of the apartment is great: situated between Viktoria-Luise-Platz and Fuggerstraße, almost all the well-known gay bars and venues of the Nollendorfkiez are within a 10-minute walk (Prinzknecht, Heile Welt, Hafenbar, Boyberry, Goya, Woof etc. pp.). Wittenbergplatz with the famous KaDeWe, City-West, Ku'damm and "Zoo" are also within walking distance, and the edge of the Tiergarten (Victory Column, Reichstag, Brandenburg Gate etc.) is just a 20-minute walk away. I can of course give you tips and recommendations for places to visit, as I use Berlin's attractions myself ;-)

The connection to public transportation (U1+U2+U3 Wittenbergplatz, U4 Viktoria-Luise-Platz) is good and offers good connections in all directions. The public parking spaces are subject to charges (Mon-Fri 9am-6pm, Sat until 4pm).

As you share the apartment with me, I unfortunately cannot allow strangers, illegal drugs or pets. I can only allow smoking on the balcony. Outside of school vacations, there may be some children's noise in the morning due to the schoolyard. There are security cameras in the house (mainly at the entrances) but not in the apartment. It is a residential house, not a party location, which means that quiet is guaranteed and quiet behavior is expected. I also work a regular schedule, which means that I usually have to drive to work in the morning and therefore can't stay up until the early hours in the evening.

And a final note for good measure: I am not a commercial landlord and only do this "on the side" alongside my job and everyday life. It's possible that if you like me, we'll have nice conversations and even go out together, but it's also possible that I hardly have time for you or that we hardly see each other. I don't want to raise any expectations here, so you should be able to keep yourself busy in the city. The same applies to sexual matters or nudity: sympathy plays a major role here, please don't expect anything, I don't do that either. I also handle booking requests in the same way; sympathy and first impressions are often the deciding factors. I always turn down requests from profiles without pictures or with sunglasses. My apartment is also my privacy, please respect that.
