Darmstadt-Griesheim, Sunny room in modern new-build apartment 2022

My apartment is located in the city center of Darmstadt-Griesheim in a new building complex, completion in early 2022. A modern Edeka supermarket is integrated into the residential complex. All other stores for daily needs, post office, pharmacy, savings bank, town hall, restaurants and pubs are within walking distance.

You can reach me by car via A5/A67 via the highway junction Darmstadt in 10 minutes. There are plenty of parking spaces in the surrounding area. You can also reach me easily by public transport. The streetcar stop for lines 4 and 9 "Wagenhalle" is 100 meters from my apartment. From there, the journey time is around 10 minutes every 10 minutes to the TZ Rheinmain stop (Telekom, Esoc/Eumesat, Evonik, Darmstadt main station) and 15 minutes to Luisenplatz in Darmstadt. The TU Darmstadt and Merk can be reached very quickly from Luisenplatz. From Darmstadt main station there is an airliner that runs every half hour to Frankfurt Airport, Terminal 1. From Darmstadt main station, it is about 30 minutes to Frankfurt city center.
