Nicolas is a wonderful guy, welcoming and very friendly! The room in his tastefully decorated duplex is charming and its geographical location just steps away from the beaches between Biarritz and St Jean de Luz is ideal! You will also have the opportunity to use the residence's swimming pool, as well as the tennis court, etc... Don't hesitate!...

Nicolas is very kind and hospitable. The duplex appartment is very cosy, luxurious and clean. The balcony/terrace is a great place to relax and with a magnificent view on the Atlantic Ocean and mountains, as well on the beautiful garden including very nice swimming pool. Nicolas was very helpful and invited me and my travel mate to use the whole appartment and made us feel comfortable. I or we would love to come back again! Thank you once again for everything, Nicolas! :-)

Perfect stay at this B&B! Very comfortable, impeccable cleanliness, and the host is incredibly available and kind. The location is absolutely stunning, with an exceptional view and atmosphere. I highly recommend it!

Very nice stay at Nicolas's place. The apartment is spotless, bedroom and bathroom very well maintained. Ideal location, quiet, sea view, 10 minutes walk to the beach. Nicolas loves hosting, he is very attentive and ready to give you all the information you need. At the same time very discreet. I highly recommend staying with him. Thank you
