This spacious guest room is located on the first floor and is pool side. This trendy rooms features a microwave, refrigerator, television and coffee maker. The guest room has shampoo, body wash, toothbrushes and toothpaste. All linen and towels are provided. Occupancy is 4 guests per room and the room has two queen beds

Parking: The availability of parking spots is extremely limited, with only one parking spot allowed per reservation for each guest. The front lot can only fit a maximum of eight cars. We require your license plate number on day-of-check-in. We highly recommend using ride-sharing apps, as they typically arrive very fast in our area.

Pets are allowed as long as you are responsible and clean up after them. They should be on a leash at all times. A fee of $50 will be collected for each pet. Any pet on the property MUST be registered with the host.

The pool is not heated; however, this is Fort Lauderdale, and the climate is typically hot and humid. Pool hours are 7am to midnight. No lifeguard on duty. The courtyard is gated and private. You are free to use the courtyard space without curfew, but please be aware of noise levels after 11pm. There are neighboring condos next door and other guest rooms on-site.
