Fully Renovated - Cozy and comfortable apartment in the area of Kato Toumpa, near the City Center with direct access to a main street. The bus stop is 1 minute away, you can also find in just 10-70m: bank with operating ATM, 24-hour market, shops, supermarket. The house provides a fiber100Mbps Internet connection, brand new electrical appliances (washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, 2 HD TVs (one of them is a smart TV), kettle, iron, hair dryer, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine etc.).
This apartment is specifically designed to accommodate your stay. Koi carp are symbolic of love and friendship, which means they are frequently presented as gifts to friends and loved ones. In Japanese gardens specifically, koi fish are considered to foster harmony and tranquility, as they are said to bring luck to both the garden and its inhabitants. Therefore, our apartment serves as a gift of care from us to you with the intention to enhance a prosperous experience.
Toumba district has multiple selections of vivid restaurants, fast-food chains, bars and fine dining options. KOI is also near Labraki Street, a busy commercial area. Feel free to check them all out. Our apartment is also approximately 1 hour (depending on your destination) away from Halkidiki by car.
