The loft is recently built and decorated with a country theme. It’s quite private and has outside eating, lounging area and fire pit. Had a hybrid comfortable queen bed and a twin rollaway and mat for the littles. It’s fully loaded with about everything one would need in the kitchen. Has a smart TV and great internet if you must work! The farm has many animals to visit with and a pool in the warmer months. There is also an organic garden to get your dinner veggies in summer! The pool is behind owners house, however I’m happy to give you privacy. This is a great place to escape the city and unwind & relax. If you are more active, there are many river rafting companies around and the trails are extensive for mountain bikers and hikers!

I am retired and love living the country life. I also love animals and have acquired a LOT of them over the past several years. I love hosting guests and follow their lead for how much interaction they desire or if they desire complete privacy. I love to ride horses, go horse camping, travel and gardening. I have a communal garden and pool and love guests to gather their veggies for their dinner!

A car is necessary here as there is no public transportation. I can provide an Uber driver contact if you desire. There are many wineries to visit as well as old town in Auburn and Placerville for a good selection of restaurants and antiquing. The river is close by for rafting, kayaking and swimming. The little town of Cool (really it’s called Cool!) is about 4 miles down the road and there is a nice Holiday Market, a sushi place next door, pharmacy, and Gym. There is also a Mexican restaurant and pizza/burger place closer by the gas station. The gold rush town of Coloma is close by and interesting to visit. If you like trails...we have a lot to enjoy hiking, biking and horseback riding.
