Academia by the Park - Flat 01

A friendly and well-communicative host to this well-designed and maintained apartment. The ground floor apartment contains all that you would need for a short stay in Athens, as well as surprising (but nice!) add-ons such as the coffee machine. Location: this is a safe, leafy and friendly street, with families and friends gathering until the early morning for coffee or a drink. There's a great cafe next door too. The public transport options require a bit of navigating, depending what area of the city you are trying to get to. But there is a good bus service to get to the main tourist areas and beyond, as well as a metro that is a 20 minute walk. However, late into the evening you will likely need to get a taxi, although these are often quite cheap from the city. It is easier to download FreeNow (Taxi app) or similar service to use during your stay.
