Spacious Master room, tastefully decorated with a King sized bed and space for travellers to enjoy. Offering a clean, friendly and easy-going experience.
You get clean towels/bedding and your own set of keys so you can come and go as you please (no curfue). The room is away from the road so is lovely and quiet, and has a:
King size bed/Wardrobe/Sofa
TV/Hairdryer/Towels/Jay Bed for 3rd guest
We have Large modern kitchen & breakfast bar which is fully stocked with utensils/crockery/oil/Dedicated fridge + cupboard space so you can cook.
There is space to dine/work from home as well as a patio and garden to enjoy.
Parking is free and off road.
The facilities are shared and the toilet is separate from the bathroom.
Driving/Taxis to Brighton take about 20 mins (be mindful of parking)
Southwick Train station is a 2 minute drive/15 min walk.
Trains to Brighton take less than 15 mins.
Buses run regularly to Brighton. About 35-40 mins to get there depending on time of day, and there is a bus stop just
a few minutes walk away.
The house is also very close to the A27, so great for commuters to the Worthing area or Gatwick.
Whilst the property is a ground floor bungalow and all on one level. There is a small step to enter the front door, as well as 2 steps into the back patio to exit the property at the rear, as the house is on an gradient. As these are the fire exits for the property it may be difficult for some people, with specific
disabilities, vulnerable people, or children to exit during an emergency.
