Located right in the center of Bagnères de Luchon, on the Allées d'Etigny, just a few meters from the cable cars, thermal baths and Casino Park, the apartment also offers direct access to a wide range of shops (restaurants, cafés, bakery, cinema, etc.) and services (post office, banks, tourist office, etc.).

The apartment has an easily accessible parking space (at the rear of the building) and a ski locker (in the basement of the residence).

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, with elevator, of a character building (1900s), it is very bright and offers a very pleasant view of the mountain, the cable cars going up to Superbagnères, and the allées d'Etigny (over the large trees and entertainment).
