Nice, clean, old house with two rooms available on second floor - sorry, single beds. I live on first floor so you'll have the second floor to yourself. I do smoke medical marijuana in the evening but tobacco and vaping in the house is not allowed due to allergies.
Security cameras on all exterior doors. Keyless entry to house and rooms. Plenty of closet space as well as a desk in each room. Free WiFi.
Walk to Auditorium Theatre, MAG, Eastman, Bachelor Forum Gay Bar and more.

74 year old man now living in Rochester, NY. I am a retired graphic designer, publisher and photographer. I lived most of my life in Chicago and most of that in Boystown.
I've been all around the US; was active in the LGBTQ+ community in Chicago as well as on the Space Coast of Florida. So I've seen it all: I've been official photographer at IML, I answered the Gay hotline, and I founded the Space Coast Pride festival.
Still I'm a pretty laid back kinda guy, I don't get ruffled by much but, as they say, still waters run deep.
