This F1 studio offers a bedroom with a 160x190 cm bed, a living room and a shower room, but above all a 35 m2 terrace, furnished and equipped with a plancha to enjoy the Perpignan sunshine. The sun is out in the morning, and in the afternoon, it hides away to keep you cool in the summer. We provide bed linen and towels. Just a 12-minute walk from the town center and train station, there's a supermarket just a 5-minute walk away.
