Isma kept in good communication before my arrival. Place was easy to find, close to metro and bus 141 to/from Atocha Station also very close by. Place was very comfortable, slept well. Isma is a very nice and friendly guy, easy to chat with. I would recommend his place to travellers going to Madrid.

I had a great time at Ismael's place, despite my stay in Madrid being very short. Ismael is a fantastic guy, very affectionate, sweet and kind. We had a really good conversation, it was a pleasure to meet him. I will definitely go see him if he is available when I return to Madrid.

Excellent stay with Ismael, kind, a real host. The apartment is wonderful, just as described, clean, comfortable, pleasant. About Ismael I can only say, a 10. Impressive guy, he made me feel at home. Highly recommended, I will return.
