Bright and comfortable room for rent in a nice, quiet and very well connected apartment. The room is fully equipped with comfortable bed, spacious closet and a large desk, perfect for both rest and to telework or study. It enjoys plenty of natural light and all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay in Madrid.
The apartment is located in an authentic and pleasant neighborhood, excellently connected to the center by subway and bus, but far from the noise and overcrowding of the most gentrified areas. In the surroundings you will find parks, gyms, supermarkets and all kinds of stores, ideal for everyday life.
You will share the apartment with Carmen, my Egyptian cat: she is quiet, affectionate and very polite. 🐾 I'm sure you will love to meet her!
