Room in Central Madrid, Lavapiés - copy 03

Private, fully furnished, and very quiet room. Quiet building. We always respect the neighbors’ peace and quiet. Located in the Lavapiés neighborhood, 10 minutes from the Atocha AVE train station. Metro stations: Lavapiés, Puerta del Sol, Gran Vía, Callao, and the large gay neighborhood (Chueca, a 10-minute walk from the accommodation). The bed is large and comfortable (150 x 200 cm) and features a large window that lets in natural light from an interior courtyard. We have a coffee maker, a hot water kettle, and a microwave. The bathroom is shared with me—I’m the owner of the accommodation—so please be respectful and maintain good hygiene during your stay. There are security cameras at the entrance to the accommodation for our safety. I’d also like to let you know that I have a small dog that I recently adopted (a blue-gray Mini Pinscher). He’s very well-behaved, friendly, affectionate, and not at all noisy. He’s always with me in my part of the house when there are guests.
