Large room with a double bed, a desk, a big closet, and a living space with a seat and a lamp. The room is not air-conditioned, but has a ceiling fan, and the temperature is pleasant for sleeping during the summer.

The apartment has a shared kitchen, bathroom, and patio, which would be shared with me and potentially other guests.

The apartment is located in El Rastro area, so the biggest street market in Spain takes place just around the corner. It is also in between the beautiful neighborhoods of La Latina and Lavapiés, where there is a very lively atmosphere day and night. There are many bars, gyms, libraries, and supermarkets near the apartment.

Within a 5-minute walk you can reach subway lines 3 and 5, as well as multiple bus lines. Within a 20-minute walk you can get to subway lines 1 and 2, Reina Sofía Museum, Puerta del Sol, Barrio de las Letras, Atocha Train Station (the main train station in the city where you can catch regional and nationals train to anywhere in Spain), Madrid Río (a beautiful park by the riverside).

We had a wonderful stay in Madrid! Pablo was an exceptional host—very attentive, responsive, and always happy to provide great recommendations for restaurants, attractions, and local spots. The condo was charming, clean, and well-maintained, making it a comfortable place to come back to after exploring the city. The location was excellent, with many of Madrid's main attractions within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Madrid!

I truly enjoyed my stay in Pablo's room. The room is clean and spacious and looks just like the photos. Pablo communicated with me proactively leading up to my check-in and gave me all the information I needed to explore the neighborhood. He was friendly throughout my stay but also gave me plenty of privacy. I would recommend it to a friend visiting Madrid.

I felt very comfortable in Pablo's room. Everything is very clean and tidy. The bed is very comfortable and you can sleep very well because it is very quiet. It is very well connected by metro and commuter trains, and I was even able to reach my event on foot and take a very pleasant walk through Madrid. The apartment also has a very nice terrace where you can get some fresh air. Pablo is very attentive to detail and responsive to anything you might need.
