We live in the center of Madrid, in the flea market. Less than 10 minutes walk from the Plaza Mayor, Royal Palace, etc.. You will have at your disposal an exterior room with spectacular views of the south of Madrid, with a comfortable double bed. Equipped with closet, bedside table, heating and private bathroom only for your use with bathtub and kitchen available for breakfast.

Please note, 4th floor without elevator.

La Latina combines Madrid's best selection of tapas bars, gay bars, theaters, small boutiques and a medieval landscape full of elegant churches. Embajadores street, a 2 minute walk from the accommodation, might be my favorite street in Madrid for tapas/bars. Lavapiés is one of the oldest neighborhoods in the city and the heart of multicultural Madrid. Encompassing the two neighborhoods, on Sundays, you can enjoy the flea market "El Rastro" with its magnificent atmosphere and full of curiosities.

Excellent room with phenomenal location. I didn't get to meet Eduardo because he was away from Madrid for work, but I was very well received by Carlos, who was very polite and attentive.

The location is perfect, you have entertainment places, metro lines, bus stops, gyms at hand where they charge you 11 euros per day and the weekly pass is 22 euros, there is a sports facility a few steps away with a pool where it costs 5 euros per day for either an hour and a half of gym or 2 hours of swimming, as for Edu excellent service, attentive, good conversation and he knows the city very well.

Fantastic location, right in one of the best central spots in the Madrid, but quiet and with great city views from the bedroom. All was perfect and the best, the hosts 🙂 definitely recommend Carlos and Eduardo's place.

Very comfortable room in a lovely neighborhood. Eduardo is a great host, super friendly and helpfull with great advice for places to go in Madrid. Close to everything in the city centre yet quiet and amazing view from the room. A place to remember for a next stay in Madrid!!

We had an excellent stay with Carlos and Eduardo in Madrid! The apartment is ideally located and impeccably clean, perfect for discovering the city on foot. The bedroom was comfortable and the common areas were pleasant. Carlos and Eduardo were welcoming hosts, available to give advice on activities, bars and restaurants, while remaining discreet and respectful of our space. A big thank you to them for their hospitality! We recommend!

Carlos and Eduardo were incredible hosts, always eager to help and to give us recommendations. They were always very friendly and made us feel comfortable and welcome. Also, they were especially thoughtful when we had to adjust the check-in time due to our delayed flight. The house was very cozy and exactly as described. Location was incredible, right next to La Latina metro station, which connects to several other central lines.
