Private room for single occupancy in a beautiful apartment in the center of Madrid.

The apartment is located in the center of Madrid, in the multicultural neighborhood of Lavapiés, from where you can walk everywhere! There are dozens of restaurants, bars, art galleries, stores and a growing gay scene.

The apartment is located in a typical late 19th century building of the city, renovated, with oak floors, high ceilings and lots of natural light throughout the day. Except for the many books and plants, the decoration is minimalist, which makes the apartment a space of peace and tranquility.

The ROOM is located in the center of the apartment, it is very quiet but at the same time very bright or very dark, depending on your choice. It has plenty of space to store clothes in the closet. The bed is double, with viscoelastic and anti-allergenic mattress. Although the bed is double, we only accept reservations for one person.

The DINING ROOM and LIVING ROOM merge into a single space of 45sqm, very bright, with a large sofa, 65" TV, fireplace and two balconies, as well as a 180cm wooden table. The dining room has a small corner to work, in case you need it.

The KITCHEN is very comfortable and has a Jura superautomatic coffee maker (the coffee is spectacular).
