Private room for single occupancy in a beautiful apartment in the center of Madrid.

The apartment is located in the center of Madrid, in the multicultural neighborhood of Lavapiés, from where you can walk everywhere! There are dozens of restaurants, bars, art galleries, stores and a growing gay scene.

The apartment is located in a typical late 19th century building of the city, renovated, with oak floors, high ceilings and lots of natural light throughout the day. Except for the many books and plants, the decoration is minimalist, which makes the apartment a space of peace and tranquility.

The ROOM is located in the center of the apartment, it is very quiet but at the same time very bright or very dark, depending on your choice. It has plenty of space to store clothes in the closet. The bed is double, with viscoelastic and anti-allergenic mattress. Although the bed is double, we only accept reservations for one person.

The DINING ROOM and LIVING ROOM merge into a single space of 45sqm, very bright, with a large sofa, 65" TV, fireplace and two balconies, as well as a 180cm wooden table. The dining room has a small corner to work, in case you need it.

The KITCHEN is very comfortable and has a Jura superautomatic coffee maker (the coffee is spectacular).

The BATHROOM, which we share, has a huge shower, even with plants! Fancy a relaxing shower by candlelight?

I had a fantastic trip to Madrid, and Guillem's wonderful accommodation definitely played a big part in that. The air conditioning and ceiling fan made even Madrid's scorching hot nights perfectly manageable. 🙏 The location was excellent, and the place was spotlessly clean. Guillem is also an incredibly friendly and welcoming host who was always happy to help me with any questions I had. All in all, I would 100% recommend staying here when visiting Madrid!

I stayed 8 nights at Guillem's place. The flat is very conveniently located as it is very close to the city centre and the museum area, just a few steps away from the metro. Guillem was there to welcome me and was very friendly throughout my stay. He suggested me things to do and see around Madrid and answered all my questions. Definitely recommendable.

Guillem's apartment is very nice and quiet. It's located in a lively neighborhood while still being very close to the city center. Guillem was always available to answer questions and provide helpful recommendations during my stay. I would definitely recommend staying here.

I loved my stay! José was the perfect host - friendly, generous, respectful. Communication with him was very easy. The space is decorated with great taste and is a very welcoming place. You can walk everywhere from the apartment, especially to the museums/Gran Vía/Chueca etc. Highly recommended and I'm sure I'll stay with him again
