My apartment is a completely renovated rooftop unit with lots of charm, natural light, and great views. It’s very quiet and has an elevator. It’s located in the Rastro/Lavapiés neighborhood, home to a large gay community. It’s a very authentic, historic neighborhood with plenty of bars and restaurants. I’ll give you my room, and I’ll sleep in the living room. By the way, I live with two very affectionate cats, so be careful if you’re allergic to cats.

Xavier was a very helpful host for my visit to Madrid. Very comfortable and quiet room, close to everything in the city center. And the conversations with Xavier were very interesting, he is cultured and I recommend him.

Xavier's house is centrally located, so it's very convenient to go anywhere. But the community is peaceful, ideal for resting. Communication with Xavier was very smooth and the kitties are very friendly. I recommend 100%!

I stayed at Javier's apartment in Lavapiés and the experience was excellent. Javier was very hospitable and attentive at all times. The apartment was perfect, exactly as shown in the photos, clean and well-maintained. The location is ideal for enjoying the neighborhood and getting around Madrid. Everything was very pleasant and I would definitely stay here again.
