Bed of 160 cm of latex mattress very comfortable. With 4 pillows. With different hardness so you have choice and more comfort.
Individual air conditioning for the room. Also with an additional portable fan, for people who do not want the air conditioning all the time. This will allow you to condition your room temperature to your liking.

Lots of natural light. Natural plants in the room and in the bathroom.

My house is located in the gay heart of the city (chueca) so you have plenty of bars, pubs, restaurants, discos, clubs, saunas and all kinds of places, almost all around and with the possibility of walking to all of them, some just a few minutes and others no more than 10 or 15 minutes walk.
Then it is also super well connected by public transport to all areas you want to visit.
Also if you come in your car there are several public parkings less than 3 minutes from the house.
You also have the Gran Via just a few minutes away where you can find plenty of stores to do your shopping and also in this same street in the afternoon-night are almost all the musicals of Madrid. All just a few minutes walk.
For shopping you have just a few minutes Fuencarral street with many stores and all the stores in the neighborhood of Chueca and surroundings.
On the other hand you have the cultural part, and the main art museums of the city, such as the Prado museum, Reina Sofia museum, Thyssen museum etc etc. all within a 15 or 20 minute walk from the house.
You have also and very close to the historic center and the Royal Palace also within a 15 or 20 minute walk.

The room is a suite and has a separate bathroom for the exclusive use of the / guests. It communicates directly with the room.
The entrance to the room is very comfortable and private, because it is separated from the house and you enter directly. Then also the bathroom is communicated internally with the room, so there is a lot of privacy.
The room has independent air conditioning and an optional portable fan, so that you are as comfortable as possible and you can set the temperature to your liking.
You have a portable fridge so you can have your drinks and things at hand and as you wish. You will always have welcome water on arrival.
Downstairs you have a supermarket 10 meters from the house from 09h to 23h.
It is a suite room with all the comforts and with a lot of privacy, which I think is essential to have a good stay.
In a very well kept room and house that I am sure you will enjoy a lot.
Maximum 2 people.
It is not allowed to use more rooms in the house, or organize any kind of meetings or parties.
Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
