The room is separate from the rest of the house and features a private bathroom for your exclusive use, connected directly to the room itself. This way, you’ll have your own space to relax and bathe in complete privacy.

The decor combines designer furniture with antique pieces, live plants, and carefully curated lighting, creating a warm, personal, and inviting atmosphere.

A 160 cm bed with a comfortable latex mattress and four pillows of varying firmness, so you can choose the ones that best suit you.

The room also features a reading lamp next to the bed and dimmable lighting.

🌡 TEMPERATURE JUST THE WAY YOU LIKE IT ALL YEAR ROUND

The room has individual heating and air conditioning, so you can adjust the temperature to your preferences any time of year.

You’ll also find an additional portable fan if you prefer a more gentle climate.

The room enjoys plenty of natural light and is exceptionally quiet, with no outside noise.

My home is located right in the heart of Chueca, one of Madrid’s most vibrant, diverse, and inclusive neighborhoods and the epicenter of the city’s LGBTIQ+ scene.

All around you, you’ll find a multitude of bars, restaurants, pubs, nightclubs, clubs, saunas, and all kinds of venues and entertainment options. Many are just a few minutes’ walk away, and virtually the entire area can be easily explored on foot.

Madrid boasts one of the most important and active gay, queer, and LGBTIQ+ scenes in the world, and from my home, you’ll be in a prime location to enjoy it.

🚶 MADRID ON FOOT

One of the great advantages of this location is that you can explore much of Madrid on foot.

Gran Vía is just a few minutes away, with a multitude of shops, restaurants, theaters, and some of Madrid’s top musicals.

You’re also very close to Calle Fuencarral and all the shops, small businesses, and attractions in Chueca and the downtown neighborhoods.

🎨 CULTURE AND HISTORIC CENTER

Madrid’s main museums, such as the Prado, the Reina Sofía, and the Thyssen-Bornemisza, are about a 15- to 20-minute walk away.

You can also walk to the historic center, Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, the Royal Palace, and many other must-see spots in the city.

🚇 EXCELLENT TRANSPORTATION LINKS

Although you’ll be able to do plenty of things on foot, the apartment is also very well connected to the rest of Madrid via public transportation.

If you’re coming by car, you’ll find several public parking lots just a few minutes from the house.

The room is fully equipped so you can rest, work, and go about your daily life in comfort: it features climate control, a mini-fridge, a side table and work desk, electrical outlets, a closet, and everything you need to enjoy your own space with comfort and privacy. The rest of the home is for private use only and is not included in the reservation. For longer stays, if you need to use any other amenities in the house on an occasional basis—for example, to heat up a meal, use the washing machine, or for any specific need—just ask me and we’ll discuss it. Whenever possible, I’ll be happy to help you. 👥 GUESTS AND VISITORS The room has a maximum capacity of 2 people, and only those included in the reservation may stay there. I prefer not to have outside visitors who aren’t staying in the house. Pedro's apartment is in an ideal location. Very quiet but still close to many attractions. The bedroom and bathroom were both clean and comfortable. Pedro was working both nights that I was there so I didn't get to spend much time with him but he was very helpful whenever I needed anything

Pedro's apartment is the definition of perfection. Starting with the location, in Chueca, close to everything! The apartment is super spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The bedroom is great, equipped with everything you could need: fan, AC, private bathroom. The bed is very comfortable. I slept like a king. Pedro is a fantastic person, very kind, generous, and straightforward. Every time I go to Madrid I'll stay with Pedro if he has me!

Pedro is very friendly + he communicated very well before my arrival. His guest room was clean, comfortable, + tastefully decorated, and a small in-room fridge was an added benefit. The private bathroom was very clean + spacious. And Pedro's apartment is ideally located with shops, restaurants, bars + transit all just steps away.

A wonderful room and and a wonderful location and a wonderful host. The bed was very comfortable, the air conditioning was a blessing and the bathroom very spacious. Pedro is an outstanding host who has created a spaciously magnificent mid century designer decorated apartment. Cracker location, no need to catch public transit as everything is in walking distance or within 25min. I don't think you could get a more perfect location. The bedroom and ensuite is extra large and beautifully decorated. I could not recommend Pedro as an host and his great apartment for anyone wanting to stay in the Gaybour hood of Madrid.
