Cozy and quiet space in Malasaña

Fernando was a very welcoming host and made sure I had everything I needed to make my stay as comfortable as possible. Location was perfect for my stay and really close to Chueca. Great quiet neighborhood and everything is generally in walking distance. When I told Fernando about the comfort of my bed he was quick to try and help and I appreciate him accommodating although the bed isn't suitable for a long, it is ideal for a short stay as mine was

I really enjoyed my stay! Fernando was very helpful and friendly! The house is very tidy and clean. The location is excellent, you can walk everywhere (very close to Chueca) and it's also near the Tribunal metro stop (easy to reach from the airport). Highly recommended.

Fernando is a lovely person and an incredible host. I enjoyed my stay at his apartment very much. The room is spacious, very clean, in a cozy apartment right in the center of Madrid. Almost everything is walkable, and Madrid is huge! Communication has been so smooth, always. Fernando welcomed me with such a positive vibe, and we spent quality time talking throughout my trip which was such a wholesome experience. Left Madrid, but now richer with a friend there! Fernando was an exceptional host. Very kind, attentive, and always willing to make my experience the best possible. Communication was excellent at all times, which made the stay comfortable and worry-free. The apartment is very nice, cozy, clean and well-organized. Both the bed and pillows were very comfortable, allowing for perfect rest. Additionally, the location is unbeatable: in the heart of Madrid, close to the main entertainment areas and just a step away from all the services and amenities that the capital offers. Without a doubt, I will return on future visits. Totally recommendable!
