About the place About the place Nice room in a large apartment of 130 meters, where I live. It is located in the center of the gay area, in the Malasaña neighborhood. You can enjoy a nice room with double bed of 160 x 200 cm fully furnished and your own bathroom inside the room. It also has air conditioning, heating in the room and a small fridge where you will have water and a drink. WIFI internet with unlimited ******** have bath gel towels and Shampoo. Access to kitchen...and all the coffee you want to drink

We are a gay couple living in the city centre of Madrid. Leo is interior designer and civil engineer and did design the flat we live in. Mike is working for an international airline. We are both nice persons, funny and out-going. We love travelling and spending time with friends. Going out for a drink or to the cinemas, visit an exhibition or going to party... all is possible. It is an immaculately beautiful, functional apartment with clear rules. Leo was an obliging host and helped us out, although we didn't see too much of him. It is a good place for careful guests.

I have been here the second time. It is a very stylish apartment and you have your separate room and apartment. Location is great, in a very lively area of Madrid, easily accessible by public transport. I will definitely use this place again when coming back to Madrid.

The room is just as it appears in the description, beautiful and impeccable, Leo and Mike's place is gorgeous. The bed is very comfortable, ideal for a good rest after traveling around the city all day.

In short - one can not ask for a better place to stay in Madrid. Everything was simply perfect. The check-in was smooth and easy, communication with the hosts was perfect throughout. The apartment (as well as the room) was spic-and-span, beautifully designed, comfortable. Mike and Leo are lovely hosts and I enjoyed catching up with them over a bottle of wine. The apartment is perfectly located - close to the metro and a few metres from the Plaza Dos Mayo. The room is at the back (not facing the street) so is super quiet. I had my own private bathroom. I recommend this listing with absolutely no doubt in my heart - if you want to stay anywhere in Madrid - this is the place!
