I have a private room available for short term rental in Madrid. It is ideal for business travellers or those on vacation. The apartment was very recently renovated and comes with everything you need for a comfortable stay in Madrid. You will have your own private room in the apartment where I live. The room contains a single bed which can be easily converted into a twin and also comes with a ceiling fan and radiator heating, storage space and a desk in case you need to work. The kitchen has all you will need including a great coffee machine and the bathroom is very modern with a great shower. Feel free to use the living area as you like. The apartment is warm, with ample light and in a very safe and quiet area. I am an IT professional who recently moved to Madrid from Australia.

There are plenty of bars, restaurants and coffee shops nearby and it is a short walk from Chueca, Malasana and central Madrid.
