Room in modern and cosy apartment in Madrid (Chamberi)

A great apartment ideally located in a quiet neighborhood. Close to downtown and public transportation. James is a very pleasant person, gives good advice and is very accommodating for check-in and check-out. My first experience with Misterbnb and I'm not disappointed. I highly recommend this accommodation without hesitation.

James' place was clean, quite comfortable and centrally located, with easy walking access to nearby streets and restaurants. Madrid was super hot during my stay, but I was able to head out later in the evenings to dine and enjoy the city's vibe. James was generally a quiet host, but we had a chance to chat briefly, and he was helpful with the information I needed.

Had a 2-night stay in Madrid. James was great, really welcoming and friendly and able to help with any questions I had. Also answered quickly online when I was out and about. Apartment was lovely, had everything I needed and was easy to find. Seemed to me a good location (although I don't know Madrid at all) but connections to transport etc were within reach. Fab host and would stay again :)

James was a fantastic host. The location is great, the "Chelsea" of Madrid as I described it. Everything was walkable and trains nearby. The space was perfect for coming and going and the A/C in the living room was great for the hot afternoons. James is a very nice guy and easy to talk with, making the space very comfortable. I would stay again for sure.

Great room in a very cool apartment. Excellent location, really good restaurants around the corner, and an easy walk to many parts of the center of Madrid. James was a great host! Super open to have a conversation and very responsive to any questions I might have. He even suggested nice restaurants in the area. The apartment was very clean, identical to the description and in a nice neighbourhood with plenty of bars and restaurants. Definitely recommended if you want to stay a few days in Madrid

James is one of the friendliest guys I've met. He made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed all the way through. We spent some time together which was lovely. It was awesome getting to know him a bit better! The apartment is beautiful! The room has a single bed, desk, cupboard space, a bedside table and a chair. The lounge is very open with a comfortable couch right near the aircon (a lovely reprieve from the heat of the day!). The kitchen and bathroom are about the same size; big enough to do what you need. Everything you can think of is provided. The location is good. Very close to two stations which makes getting around easier. Also extremely close to Mercadona and Lidl. I had a wonderful stay and would love to return whenever I'm back in Madrid. Thanks for everything James!
