Had a great stay here, even though I unfortunately didn't get to meet Fran during my stay. Hopefully get to meet him next time, but from communication was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. 😉😊

Fran is a very welcoming and friendly host. Very available, he will know how to make your stay pleasant. He gives very good advice on places to go out. The room is very comfortable and very well located. The accommodation is a very good base to fully enjoy the city.

We stayed 3 nights in Fran's apartment, everything is exactly as described in his profile. The apartment is very beautiful, comfortable, clean, always smells great, and is very spacious. It has its own bedroom and bathroom for guests. You have the metro around the corner, so you can easily connect to all points in the city. Communication with Fran is fabulous, he is always attentive to guide you during your stay in Madrid. We highly recommend staying in his apartment
