Hello! I offer suite type room with private bathroom inside the room. The bed is double, with 2 built-in closets, desk, A/C and central heating. The apartment is newly renovated and quite bright. It is in the center of Malasaña, in a quiet street and is super quiet. If you need it, I also have an extra bed.

David was an excellent host, his place is in the heart of exactly where you want to be! Not only is his place centrally located but it's newly renovated, clean and beautiful. So if those check all of your boxes then you need to stay here.

I had a nice stay in this place. David was welcoming and polite, we had a nice conversation. The room was cozy and well-kept. Would happily stay in this place again.

Perfect location, very close to the main attractions. David is a very helpful and friendly host, absolutely recommended. The comfort of air conditioning was essential given the hot days in Madrid. The cleanliness is also excellent. Thank you!

Bit noisy. Room next to elevator shaft & internal corridor. Next to hosts' kitchens - which was in use sometimes at 1:00 am and 5:00 am. Nice guys, but there was little regard. Felt tolerated at best. Room & bathroom are ok.

Amazing stay! This was my first time using mister b&b and couldn't have a better experience. The location is very well centered, but still the apartment is located in a quiet street. The whole apartment is newly renovated and clean. David is a great host! On Saturday went to have dinner with him and some of his friends. Anyway, would definitely recommend to stay here.

Very good place. It's in the heart of the center. Close to everything. David was also very kind in helping me with things in the apartment. The room has air conditioning, a desk and a private bathroom. It's what I was looking for. Highly recommended!!
