I live in this incredible recently renovated apartment, with everything you need to make your stay in Madrid as pleasant as possible.

Quick access to the city center. It has metro station 7 a 3-minute walk away and line 2 7 minutes away. In front of the building there are many buses to the city center and other places, including night buses. Chueca (the gay neighbourhood) is 30 min away by both metro and day/night buses.

The airport is 15 minutes away by car. It is easily accessible by bus as well.

The apartment is quite cozy, it has a spacious living room with plenty of light. It is located on the fourth floor with an elevator.

The bedroom is a private room that consists of 2 single beds, with a closet to store your belongings. The room is equipped with a radiator for winter and air conditioning It also has a desk to sit, work, etc.

There is one and a half bathrooms in the apartment, all for shared use. The small bathroom consists of a WC and a sink. The full bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink.

Common areas will be shared with me and/or other guests.

The kitchen is at your complete disposal, equipped with all the necessary elements (dishes, pots, pans, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, dishwasher, etc.). The living room is quite comfortable, available for use and rest.

I am normally available at any time for any questions or problems. I work during the day but I will respond as soon as I can.

I am very friendly and I like to discuss, share recommendations, even share a meal or an outing if you prefer. But I also respect those who prefer to be on their own.

Regarding clothing optional, I am ok with being nude at home. However, if there are other guests they would also need to agree with nudity, in order to make sure everyone feels comfortable ;)

The room was quaint, clean and tidy, and the flat was very well kept and spotlessly clean. Although I didn't get the chance to meet Victor in person, as he had a sudden work trip out of town, he was a great host nonetheless. He made sure I had all the information I needed before and throughout my stay, and kept in regular contact to make sure everything was going well. A lovely place to stay, and I would happily recommend it.

Victor was a warm, welcoming, and engaging host. His place was very clean, comfortable, and newly renovated. Even though my stay was short, his genuine effort to interact and make me feel at home really stood out and got me hooked on his place. I would definitely stay with Victor again if I return to Madrid.

Victor was a great host. His place is cozy, clean and safe. He welcomed me warmly with a coffee and I was even lucky enough to have a drink with him and get a recommendation for one of the best drag shows of my life. I super recommend.

Victor's room was exactly what I needed for a solo trip to Madrid. His communication was excellent, he's full of local recommendations, and nothing was too much trouble. The room itself is clean and practical, and he goes the extra mile for guests. (He made food for me the first night I arrived which was a lovely touch) The flat is a little away from the centre however has multiple metro stations nearby and is very close to the airport. It was a pleasure to stay with Victor and I would recommend Victor's room for any solo traveller :)

Victor communicates well, however failed to tell me another guest was staying? He has many people coming and going into his apartment and your confined to the room only. It felt uncomfortable and not the experience expected. It was like a posh hostel stay. Disappointing stay.

Hello Michael, I am sorry you had a disappointing stay. The listing mentions guests would be sharing the shared spaces with me and/or other guests. Im sorry this was not clear for you. Guests are not confined to the bedroom, spaces like the kitchen, living room, tv, etc can be used by anyone. As for the checkout, the time was 11am. My friend who kindly helped checking you in and out waited until midday and you were still sleeping, because you did not read the rules. I think its important to read the listing and rules before making a reservation to make sure it is what you are looking for

Room and apartment always clean and tidy, well connected with the airport and city center! Victor is a very precise person, available for any need, very polite and organized!
