Cozy bedroom in Madrid

I live in this incredible recently renovated apartment, with everything you need to make your stay in Madrid as pleasant as possible.

Quick access to the city center. It has metro station 7 a 3-minute walk away and line 2 7 minutes away. In front of the building there are many buses to the city center and other places, including night buses. Chueca (the gay neighbourhood) is 30 min away by both metro and day/night buses.

The airport is 15 minutes away by car. It is easily accessible by bus as well.

The apartment is quite cozy, it has a spacious living room with plenty of light. It is located on the fourth floor with an elevator.

The bedroom is a private room that consists of 2 single beds, with a closet to store your belongings. The room is equipped with a radiator for winter and air conditioning It also has a desk to sit, work, etc.

There is one and a half bathrooms in the apartment, all for shared use. The small bathroom consists of a WC and a sink. The full bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink.

Common areas will be shared with me and/or other guests.

The kitchen is at your complete disposal, equipped with all the necessary elements (dishes, pots, pans, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, dishwasher, etc.). The living room is quite comfortable, available for use and rest.

I am normally available at any time for any questions or problems. I work during the day but I will respond as soon as I can.

I am very friendly and I like to discuss, share recommendations, even share a meal or an outing if you prefer. But I also respect those who prefer to be on their own.

Regarding clothing optional, I am ok with being nude at home. However, if there are other guests they would also need to agree with nudity, in order to make sure everyone feels comfortable ;)
