* It is important that our guests send to the host a copy of identification documents (passport or identity card) 24 hours before check in, in order to ensure their entry to the Administration and reception of the building. The original documents will be requested upon arrival at the reception of the building for admission. * Unauthorized visitors are not allowed to enter the apartment. * Only minors are allowed to enter the apartment, accompanied by their parents (a copy of the minor's birth certificate must be submitted). In case of minors traveling alone, with a guardian or relatives who are "NOT" their parents, it is mandatory to present: Original notarized permission signed by both parents, indicating the following: Dates of stay, Name of the parents of the minor with identification number, Name of the minor with identification number, Name of the person they authorize to stay with the minor with identification number and copy of the minor's birth certificate and identity documents of all the above mentioned. * It is strictly forbidden to use the apartment for purposes contrary to morals and good customs or for purposes prohibited by law or by the authorities (e.g. use of narcotic or hallucinogenic substances, sexual exploitation, etc.). * Noise must be limited and the tranquility of the occupants must not be disturbed by noise or noise, or by turning on sound, radio or television sets at high volume. * Respect and good treatment to the employees of the Administration (security personnel, cleaning, maintenance and other dependencies). * It is strictly forbidden the entry of ladies and gentlemen companions.
