35m2 in a freschly renovated historical house in the beautifull city of Hattingen.
The house is in the historical center with medieval caracter.
Plenty of small shops, backery, coffee shop, and restaurants.
The apprtment has a kitchen, a livingroom area, a Bedroom and a private bathro with large shower.
Myself and my man, Matthias, spend 1 1/2 year on the renovation and we are still working on it.
I am a scientist and Matt interior designer.
We love to have guest and would love to welcome you.
