The private resort-style backyard will capture your heart with its dazzling salt water pool and spa. Featuring a large grassy area, propane BBQ grill, 4 chaise lounge chairs, dining for 6 underneath a wood slatted canopy, and a gorgeous firepit in the center of an intimate seating area. You and your guests will discover hours of relaxation and rejuvenation while soaking up the plentiful sunshine.

The living room features a bright and vibrant 75” flat screen smart TV paired with a large cozy couch which is perfect for lounging while watching your favorite movies and TV shows. The living room has many large windows which offer lots of natural lighting and adjustable shades for privacy when you want it. The master bedroom is an intimate retreat that features a wall mounted, 58” flat screen TV and an incredible queen-sized bed which also has storage drawers for your convenience. There is a large glass sliding door which has a spectacular view of the pool and spa. The ensuite showcases all of the amenities you would expect to see in a five-star resort including a large walk-in shower and gorgeous natural lighting.

The second and third bedrooms each offer stylish decor with comfortable queen-sized beds, flat screen smart TV’s, high quality linens and large windows that bring in just the right amount of natural sunlight.

This Palm Springs vacation home offers complete privacy within its walls. You can enjoy the great wide-open spaces of the unique Oasis of Palm Springs, or just lounge at the pool with spectacular views of the surrounding Palm Springs Mountains–in complete privacy from the outside world.

This vacation rental is located in a peaceful and tranquil residential neighborhood perfect for your next poolside getaway. In order to keep the tranquility of the community, we ask that you be respectful and mindful of your neighbors while on vacation.

In order to maintain the highest quality of our home and the peace and quiet of our neighborhoods, all guests must adhere to the city and house rules. The city prohibits music and loud noise. The city strictly enforces these rules and prohibits parties, events, music, street parking, and disruptive guests. No music is allowed at any time. Quiet hours are between 9:00pm and 10:00am and guests are asked to be inside and mindful of neighbors. Overnight guests shall not exceed the property’s posted occupancy.

Optional pool and spa heat is available at an additional cost of $99 nightly or $495 weekly. Pool and spa heat is recommended October thru May. For this, we will preheat your pool and ensure it is heated upon your arrival to a comfortable 86 degrees. Additionally, you will have access to heat the spa to 102 degrees. Spa heat only is available at $25 nightly. (During hot summer months, spa heat only can be enabled at no additional charge. These months include July, August, September) City requires the person making the reservation to be 25 years of age or older. Please note, a separate rental agreement is required to be signed prior to your stay.
