Location is decent, exterior of the property needs attention — Lots of debris and trash laying around. Interior of property is beautiful, very well appointed and decorated. Everything was very clean. Big unfortunate surprise: there's no coffee available. (no Keurig, no way to make coffee, etc..) This felt more like a managed room-rental property, no host on site, no way to open the blinds (both window blinds in the bedroom had broken and missing tilt adjustments. No TV in bedroom, etc. Communication/Host was nice and Access was easy enough.

My expectations were not met, and maybe I expect too much. Tyler's room has everything you need - comfy bed, good bathroom, handy location. The room is in Tyler's house but over three days I only saw him once, for a minute by chance, when I sat in the kitchen. He stays in his bedroom across the hall with the door closed, including when you arrive and leave. He responds briefly by email to questions. This is ok if you want an anonymous stay but not what I expect when a guest in someone's home.

The house was very clean. It is located on a quiet street with a view of the state capitol building. I enjoyed my time there. I visited just after a snowstorm and the sidewalk was already shoveled and clear.

Very clean, beautiful house. Tyler gave me great tips on things to do and places to eat. I traveled around with ride-shares, buses, and Uber, which were all accessible from the area. I had a great experience overall.

Tyler's house is really nice and clean (and decorated with really good taste)! Not that close to downtown but it's an easy walk to get there and the neighborhood is really quiet. Communication was super easy. Thank you!

I had a great overnight stay in Providence. The home is perfectly situated. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable and the host is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Tyler, his accommodation and Providence! Thanks for having me.
