Come share my house near everything Providence has to offer. You'll be staying in the largest bedroom in my 3 BR home, which is a short ride to either downtown Providence or our famous 'Little Italy'. Read on to learn why a stay with me, with all the amenities being yours and yours alone, is much better than a hotel stay. The pool is usually open from May until the beginning of October, and the hot tub is open all year long!
You'll have access to the cook's kitchen, outdoor heated pool (in season), hot tub, bowflex, and downstairs huge projector screen for movies. Your bedroom has a comfy queen-sized bed, loveseat, desk, ceiling fan, and coffeemaker. On the first floor, there's everything you'll need for your morning espresso or coffee and the dry bar/wine refrigerator is available for your water, soda, or drinks. WiFi is available throughout the house and out by the pool.
Many of my guests choose to stay with me because it's easy to book professional massage and body scrub sessions while they're here. There's nothing quite like getting serious massage and being able to simply roll off the massage table and into blissful sleep. Getting in the hot tub before your session makes all that even better. Body scrubs are home-crafted using all-natural materials and personalized to you. Massage isn’t included in the booking rate and when you confirm your booking with me, I'll send you additional details on booking your spa services.
You can wear as much or little as you like when you stay with me. Clothing optional guests are welcome, as are those that like to keep their clothes on. I look forward to seeing you!

Downtown Providence, with New England's best gay clubs and the only 2 bathhouses, and Little Italy are a short drive away. My house is in a small, quiet neighborhood near RI College and Providence College, and even though it's close to everything, you'll feel like you're getting away from it all while you're here.
Boston is a short, 1-hour drive away. Come to Providence for the restaurants and the cool vibe and enjoy easy day trips to Boston. You can also take the train into Boston's South Station to make the trek even easier.
Newport and the Newport Mansions are a short 20-30 minute drive from my house. And the ferries to either Block Island or Marthas Vineyard leave from Quonset Point, only 30 minutes away.

Host recommendations
I'm not too big on rules but there are a few, I suppose. Do unto others is a pretty good rule as far as I'm concerned. No smoking inside the property; smoking outside is ok. I live and occasionally work here, but it's a big house so there's plenty of room for privacy. No extra guests are allowed without prior approval. No illegal drug use. Clothing optional guests are eagerly welcomed, but I'm just as happy hosting those that keep their knickers on. I live in a neighborhood, so being respectful of neighbors is important.

Had another great stay with Rick. Enjoyed some great conversations and was able to hangout and enjoy Rick's pool and hot tub. Beautiful house and great location in a quiet neighborhood only a few miles off 95.

I had a wonderful time staying with Rick and getting to know him. He's generous, thoughtful, very kind, and fun to be with. The kitchen is fantastic, and Rick can surely show you how to use it! We definitely ate well together at dinner time. The pool and hot tub are nice amenities to enjoy, but the real attraction here is Rick himself. I didn't get to do everything in Rhode Island that I wanted to do, so I'm already thinking of a return trip. Or two.

I have stayed with Rick before. He is a wonderful host. He's friendly, kind and flexible. His place is as it is described. It's clean, check-in is easy, it's a great deal compared to the hotels in Downcity Providence. His place is in a nice neighborhood. I definitely recommend his place. I know that I will look at his place first on my next trip to Providence.

Had an amazing stay at Rick's Oasis backyard and home. Rick was super nice and accessible. The pool and hot tub are placed for privacy and clothing optional. I felt comfortable throughout my stay and left feeling relaxed

Had a very enjoyable stay at Rick's. I didn't enjoy the inviting pool or the hot tub although both were offered! I did though have a nice massage - quite relaxing and in its own dedicated space. Room was spacious. Great communication

Great place pictures speak for themselves beautiful private pool. Great house leaves you alone if you want to be left alone and interacts If you want too. Some people just can be pushy asked me if I wanted restaurant recommendations and gave me a good one enjoyed my peaceful time in the pool. Highly recommend pictures are accurate pool is small but cozy very refreshing .

Rick is a great host! Good conversations with him in the pool and hot tub. His place is quiet and clean! I will certainly be a repeat guest in the future Don't forget to schedule yourself a massage too!

Rick was a wonderful host, and the house/room were perfect! Rick was friendly and social, but gave space and time for us to relax as needed. The backyard is stunning- looking forward to a longer stay when we can enjoy the pool! Highly recommend staying here.
