3 night minimum stay. Smoking is not permitted in any area. We respectfully request that our guests take advantage of the indoor-outdoor quality of the condo and not leave air conditioning on when doors are open or when absent from the apartment. Please avoid loud noise after 10 pm (11 pm on weekends). Please follow all posted building, gym and pool rules. Please notify onsite manager of any broken or damaged item when arriving and before leaving. Small trash bags can be disposed of via the garbage chute on the same floor. Larger bags and empty bottles should be taken to the trash bin in the parking garage on the 2nd floor. This building has a 24/7 onsite security guard. All guests must check in with building security. Only guests registered via MisterB&B reservation permitted to stay overnight (4 maximum) and limit of 6 persons on the rooftop and 8 in the unit. Please be advised that building security monitors compliance with these requirements. The presence of guests which do not comply with these rules may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and termination of your stay.

We had a WONDERFUL time staying here. The condo was so spacious and clean. Access to the roof pool/hot tub was great for evening swims. Such an amazing place will look at staying again when we come back.

If it's available, book it! The space is incredible, bright, and spacious. It's very clean and outfitted with more than you would ever need. You could easily have two separate couples here and have more than enough space and privacy since the bedrooms and bathrooms are on opposite sides. The pool on the roof was a great space and we would often have it to ourselves for a few hours at a time. Communication was great with the hosts and property managers, ensuring an seamless stay. We'll be back!

This was my second time staying at this condo and it was just as fantastic as the first. The space is beautifully furnished, spotless, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The building amenities are top notch rooftop pool, gym, and 24-hour security all add so much value. It's peaceful and quiet inside, yet just steps away from all the vibrant nightlife in the Zona Romántica. Truly the perfect balance. I'll definitely be coming back again!

Harold's condo in Puerto Vallarta was absolutely stunning and exceeded our expectations. The décor is beautiful, the views are breathtaking, and the condo is thoughtfully equipped with high-quality amenities. We especially loved the balcony sunsets and cozy, luxurious feel. Harold was an exceptional host, providing seamless communication and great local tips. This place truly felt like a slice of paradise, and we can't wait to return. Highly recommend Harold's condo for an unforgettable stay!

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The description of the place was accurate. It was not far from the nightlife or the beach. The place was spacious and clean. It had all the amenities we needed plus more, with great AC. I give the communication with the owners and managers an A+.
