Smoking is not permitted in any area.
We respectfully request that our guests take advantage of the indoor-outdoor quality of the condo and not leave air conditioning on when doors are open or when absent from the apartment.
Please avoid loud noise after 10 pm (11 pm on weekends).
Please follow all posted building, gym and pool rules.
Please notify onsite manager of any broken or damaged item when arriving and before leaving.
Small trash bags can be disposed of via the garbage chute on the same floor.
Larger bags and empty bottles should be taken to the trash bin in the parking garage on the 2nd floor.
This building has a 24/7 onsite security guard. All guests must check in with building security. Only guests registered via MisterB&B reservation permitted to stay overnight (4 maximum) and limit of 6 persons on the rooftop and 8 in the unit. Please be advised that building security monitors compliance with these requirements. The presence of guests which do not comply with these rules may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and termination of your stay.
