Our goal is for you to have the best possible time on your vacation. Please let us know within 90 minutes of check-in if anything requires attention, any cleaning concerns, anything broken or damaged upon arrival. If no communications are received we will assume the property No alterations may be made on the cameras, spotlights, camera system or wifi. If anything is moved, covered, unplugged or altered in any way your stay will be terminated immediately with no refunds and a $200 fee will be charged to send out support to fix the changes. -No Smoking or vaping, if evidence of smoking in the home is found there will be a $500 charge for additional cleaning -No parties -Maximum 8 guests per night, no additional unauthorized guests -Fire pit use is at the discretion and costs of the guests and must be attended at all times when there is an active fire and must be extinguished prior to leaving the immediate area -If used, the grill must be cleaned prior to departure. Failure to clean will incur an additional cleaning fee. -No illegal substances allowed on the property, additional charge of $1,000 will be assessed if any evidence of illegal substances are found - One dog up to 50lbs permitted, if a dog is brought to the property, pick up after your dog in the yard
