This house is owner occupied. You have your own entrance to the unit and it is private. There is a parking space on property. Only part we share is driveway. Unit has its own backyard with dining area and spa. Entire neighborhood is very peaceful and located close to the strip, Art district, Downtown and the Strip. ABSOLUTELY PARTYS OR ANY KIND OF NOISE ARE NOT ******** you use background amenities, be aware that this is residential property, and neighbors want peace. Quiet hours from 10PM-8AM

The place was lovely! A fair amount of space, everything was super clean and the decoration is tasteful. The hosts are quite attentive and responsive. Very kind people. I will definitely stay there next time I'm in town.

this was an excellent little place to stay in with two beds, and all the amenities, both host were very gracious and kind and attended to every meet. The hot tub is fantastic. Very safe and quiet area.
