Beautiful Tropical Villa close to Surin Beach and 15 mins from Bars.

Kick back and relax in this Tropical calm, stylish space. The Villa is secluded but situated within 10 minutes walk of both Surin Beach and Bangtao Beach with its Beach restaurants and Beach Clubs (Catch Beach Club). The main nightlife in Patong is 15 minutes away. The Villa is stylishly decorated combining a minimalist living room with a Bali style villa and all three bedrooms have separate entrances opening on to the pool and garden with tropical Gardens at the back. All rooms are ensuite with two of the bathrooms opening on to tropical gardens. The Villa has its own private 10 metre pool set in a totally private space. The Villa is a Bali style villa all set around the pool and tropical gardens. The Master bedroom is in a separate building with the main living room and is away from the two other guest suites. The master bedroom has a huge en-suite backing on to tropical gardens and the bath and shower open on to the gardens. The other two guest bedroom suites are in a separate wing the other side of the pool and both have separate entrances to the pool and garden at the back. Both have ensuite bathrooms. The pool sits in the middle of the house and there is a big roofed sala with a dining table seating 8 where all meals tend to take place. The sala has a big roof so it's great for meals and relaxing even when raining. The living room is big and modern and has another dining table, a 65inch smart TV and a sound system. The kitchen is a big separate room allowing each room to access without disturbing others. The house has a separate utility room with a separate entrance which also has the washing machine and a 4th shower room. The Villa is self catering with maid service five times a week. Guests are responsible for electricity cost and the Housekeeper will take meter readings upon arrival and departure. Bed linen is changed once a week and the Villa Housekeeper can arrange extra service including cooking, laundry etc at guests expense. The Villa has a washing machine for guests use if required. The Villa is in a small development of 8 Villas with security. There is parking for two cars. There are shops, restaurants and beach clubs within walking distance as well as access to immediate ******** delivery of groceries and meals. There is Garage parking for 2 cars and car rental is available if needed to travel around the Island and beyond. The villa is great for being away from it all yet with everything in easy reach. There are many local restaurants on Surin Beach which is popular with LGBTs and a 10minute walk from the Villa. The Beach Clubs and fine dining at the start of Bangtao Beach also start from 10 minutes Walk. The famous Catch Beach Club is also close by. If you want the nightlife of Patong and Paradise its a pleasant 15 minutes drive along the Coast and easy to do with the ******** App. bolt which has cheap taxi fares. After a night out its great to be back at the Villa in a lovely tropical environment. We have a gym a few minutes walk away as well as a Thai boxing training. Surin Beach is great for an evening run from the Villa and has the most beautiful sunsets.
