Beautiful updated condo in walking distance to the beach. This one bedroom/one bath features a king size bed. Also, the condo has a Murphy bed and a pullout sofa in the living room which can both sleep two people. The condo has a full size bathroom with shower and tub. The kitchen has granite countertops, refrigerator, stove and microwave. The condo comes with Wi-Fi and two tv’s (one in bedroom and one in living room) with free cable and access to most streaming channels. The condo has a balcony with two Adirondack style chairs to enjoy and wind down after a long day. The condo has a new central air unit to keep you cool after a day at the beach. There is a downstairs storage unit with beach chairs etc for the guests to use. There is a hot-tub, an indoor pool and an outdoor pool for guests to use. There is also an outdoor grilling are for the guests if you want to grill. The condo is on the third floor and there is no elevator. The condo is centrally located to all major attractions in Myrtle and North Myrtle Beach. Short term rentals during the season April-October and long term rentals considered after that. There is a ring door bell at the front door which records people by the door. The lock is a keypad lock so no worries about carrying a key. Please don’t hesitate to ask me any questions.
