The Reveal

120 m2 house in Saint Brieuc Ouest close to local shops (supermarket, post office, pharmacy, medical center, stadium, swimming pool, etc.) and 3 public transport stations less than 3 minutes' walk away.

It's 15 minutes from the beaches by car.

It's bright and airy, with a living room and fully-equipped kitchen. You'll find books and board games.

The bedrooms are spacious, with 140x200 or 160x200 beds and desks if you work from home.

We have two shower rooms (Italian shower) and two separate WCs. Linen is provided (sheets, comforter covers, pillowcases, tablecloths, tea towels, etc.). We have a garden with terrace. A table, chairs, barbecue, large parasol and two adult bicycles with locks are available. A cleaning fee will be charged on site. Everything is ready to welcome you and help you discover Brittany. We look forward to welcoming you.

I love Pleneuf Val André with its art nouveau, art deco architecture. We're 45 minutes from Dinan and its historic medieval center. The house is 1h30 from Mont St Michel. We have the very natural and unspoilt plage des rosaires.

We really enjoy meeting people. We have a binder with the house rules, WI-FI code and attractions to do in the area. We just ask our guests to respect the elderly person whose house is next door to ours: limit music and noise after 10pm and paw before 9am. You must respect our home as your own.
