I offer a double pull out sofa. Apartment is spacious with natural light with evening sunset to enjoy. City views. 4km from Melbourne CBD, tram in front of the door and train station in the corner (150m). Both directly access to the city. Fitzroy and gay scene nearby by taxi or car. External gym and yoga center on ground floor. Supermarket on ground floor open every day u til midnight! So convenient! Park all around the apartment for leisure and exercise! I love my place! Hopefully you will too. Temporary, Visitor parking 24/7 in case you hire a vehicle (2m max height). The list is endless!

The largest bike trail goes through in front of the apartment that leads directly to the city center! Debra’s Park and sport facilities in front of unit, zoo/Melbourne Zoological Garden in Parkville and Royal park at the back of the property! Moonee Ponds creek run through the property where you can walk, jog or cycle! Royal hospital and medical center 1.5km away on same street (Mt Alexander Road becomes Flemington Road and then it becomes Elisabeth street which is cbd) literally you go straight and you are in the city of Melbourne! Popular and unique Fitzroy with abundant of bars and LGBTQ+ other venues and places nearby! Better and more conveniently accessible by car/uber/taxi/bicycle! Cafes, restaurant around the world further up on Mt Alexander Road (opposite side of the city but same address)! Additionally, the apartment is easily accessible to the Melbourne airport Tullamarine through Tullamarine freeway which is at the end of Mt Alexander Road (same address as the apartment listed!) I could personally pick you up saving a good amount of money (50-80€ one way) upon request and whether your luggage fit in my car! 😜😀 I’m very cool and respectful and we are one! 🙏

I had a fantastic time staying with Adonis and would recommend 100%. The accommodation is clean, comfortable, and very well located. Adonis himself is a star - he was flexible around check-in, cooked for me on arrival and even took us on a drive around the city. Thanks for everything!

5 starts isn't enough to rate Adonis and his home. He's a gentleman and so kind hearted. He cooked dinner for me one night and entertained me during my visit. The apartment is perfect and the view is amazing. Tram at the door. Straight to the cbd. What more could I ask for. Everything was provided and more. Don't think twice. Book now

It's definitely one of the greatest stay experience I had so far. Adonis was very accommodating, and helped out with the parking and food recommendations etc. the apartment has a great view from the balcony and a lovely balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee. Would 110% recommend staying at Adonis'!
