Located within walking distance of Live Oak amphitheater and the Cape Fear River, the historic home has 3 br 2 ba with large open kitchen and living area. A new queen-sized memory-foam mattress in 10x12 private bedroom with private bath with tub/shower. Windows open for fresh air and home has central heat and a/c. I have a small dog, Dexter - a mini longhair dachshund that will bark for a minute or two as he gets to meet you. Less than two blocks from fine dining, food trucks, Palate bottle—shop/bar, a bakery... and so much more! Come stay and enjoy our great little city
